Clio Yun-su Davis is a game designer and writer who has contributed to tabletop roleplaying games such as Kids on Bikes, FlipTales, and Teens in Space. Much of their work explores grief, the sketchy underbelly of the entertainment industry, the trials and tribulations of growing up, and all things supernatural. Their interactive novel The Fog Knows Your Name follows a group of teenagers uncovering the secrets of the cursed fog that plagues their town and was published by Choice of Games in 2019. Clio has also created live-action roleplaying games such as Golden Cobra Challenge winner The Long Drive Back from Busan and the card game Battle of the Boy Bands. In addition to designing games, Clio writes tie-in fiction for the Blue Rose RPG and other short speculative works.
Derek Chung is a game designer who brings together his background in existential psychotherapy and social psychology with the goal of making games which allow you to experience meaningful, other lives through cooperative storytelling and world-building. He got into game development the usual way—with a steady diet of geek media, games, and anime—which gave him a deep respect for all things nerd and how the medium could be used to foster community, connection, and creativity between and within people.
His company Nomnivore Games' flagship RPG, EMBERWIND, enjoyed breakout Kickstarter success in 2018, won the Judge’s Award at the Indie Game Showcase at Ohayocon, and has been spotlighted on Geek and Sundry, OGN, Tabletop Gaming News, GeekDad, EN World, and more!
When he’s not attending a convention, Derek lives in Ontario, where he is fuelled by equal parts caffeine and beer and enjoys quality time with his dog, Dyson.
